1. Controller
The controller for the processing of data on this website is:
Stanlay Forker
Bernhardystr. 50
06110 Halle
Germany
Email: hello@networker-gym.com
2. What data we collect
We only process the data required to operate the platform:
- Waitlist: your email address and – if provided – your name when you sign up for the waitlist.
- User account: email address, name and profile details you provide when registering.
- Training data: the content of your practice conversations with the AI partners and your training progress.
- Technical data: data that arises technically when the website is accessed (e.g. IP address in server logs), insofar as this is necessary for secure operation.
- Usage data: pseudonymised information about how you use the platform (e.g. pages viewed, actions triggered, device and browser type), which we collect with PostHog to improve the product.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data in order to provide the platform to you: managing your account, running the AI training conversations, displaying your progress and sending emails you have requested (e.g. waitlist confirmation). The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functioning operation).
4. Third-party providers and processors
For operation we use the following service providers, with whom – where required – data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) are in place:
- Supabase (database and sign-in): stores account data, waitlist entries and training data and manages the login session.
- OpenAI (AI conversation partners): the content of your practice conversations is transmitted to OpenAI to generate the AI responses. Please do not enter sensitive personal data in practice conversations.
- Resend (email delivery): sends transactional emails such as confirmations to your email address.
- PostHog (product analytics and error monitoring, EU hosting): we use PostHog to analyse how the platform is used (including page views, clicks/actions, device and browser information) and to capture technical errors, in order to improve operation and the product. After you sign in, we associate events with your account (your user ID and email address). Traffic is routed via our own domain (path /ingest) to PostHog servers in the EU. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in product improvement).
- Hosting: the website is operated on our hosting provider's servers; server log data arises there for technical reasons.
For the waitlist, we additionally record sign-up and confirmation events server-side under a pseudonymous identifier derived from your email address (a hash value). Your plain-text email address is not transmitted to PostHog in the process.
We use no advertising trackers and no Google Analytics.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use technically necessary cookies as well as – for product analytics – cookies or comparable storage techniques (local storage):
- Login session (Supabase Auth): keeps you signed in after logging in.
- NEXT_LOCALE: stores your chosen language (storage period: 12 months).
- PostHog (product analytics): stores a pseudonymous identifier to associate usage events with a visit or your account.
The technically necessary cookies are required for operation. For product analytics with PostHog we rely on our legitimate interest in improving the platform (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); you may object to this processing at any time (see „Your rights“).
6. Retention period
We store your data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes. Account and training data are deleted when you delete your account, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We delete waitlist entries as soon as they are no longer needed or you request deletion.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have, in particular, the following rights:
- Access to the data we store about you (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure of your data (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21)
To exercise them, simply email us at hello@networker-gym.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We adapt this privacy policy when our data processing changes. The current version published here applies in each case.
